maintenance to your IT infrastructure.
CIS
muli-channel help desk services are available 24 hours a day, giving
access via our dedicated call centre, email or website. Once a request
has been logged it can be track using our web based help desk system,
so you can monitor your outstanding issues online and amend and update
them when you want.
Peter
Simpson is the CIS Service and Support Manager and covers all aspects
of these activities within the business. The Service and Support
Manager monitors all CIS helpdesk service calls, takes appropriate
action where necessary to ensure support is given within the Service
Level Agreements (SLA) and is the first point of contact for contract
customers using this service.
Planned
service calls are also monitored by the Service and Support Manager who
will ensure on-site installations, software upgrades and all planned
work is implemented on time and to budget.
