Forrester Partners

Forrester Partners is an independent executive search firm with headquarters in London and offices in Milan. They offer objective advice and counsel on senior leadership needs across the financial services, technology, commercial and energy sectors and have advised clients on over 1,100 senior executive, advisory and board appointments based across 14 countries since their formation in 1999.

Forrester Partners has six leaders that work across the UK and Europe and the rest of the world from small remote offices. CIS moved their server to the cloud so that they could all have 24/7 access to it whatever time zone they happened to be working in. It also ensured that each leader was fully aware of all aspects of the business and that they worked off the same systems, making more cohesive administration and management.
