Bronsens Chartered Accountants
Bronsens is a firm of Chartered Accountants offering accountancy, business consultancy, tax, payroll and IT services to a variety of different sized companies in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties. Initially based in Oxford and Witney, Bronsens has recently opened a new office in Chipping Norton and it was this 3rd office that was the catalyst for moving their local servers to the cloud.
Each office and its staff worked with separate systems and reported back centrally at the end of each month. This meant significant time and resources to produce the reports at each office and then for someone to collate the reports from the 3 offices into an overall company report.
Bronsens now only has one server in the cloud where their terminal driver, mail driver and IRIS software driver all sit. Anyone from any of the offices can work on the server wherever they are – in the office, in a satellite office, on the move or at home. What is more, there is no need for end of month reports to be put together individually as all 3 offices work on the same server.
