Faringdon, Oxfordshire, UK – March 15th, 2019 – CIS Ltd, a leading cloud, managed services, data security and IT services provider, and Red Fusion Ltd, one of Oxfordshire’s leading managed support and IT services firms, today announced the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which CIS has acquired Red Fusion. This combination of two great companies builds one of Oxfordshire’s leading managed services providers by expanding the CIS team with more leading IT solutions experts, broadening the client list and providing solid revenue growth. It is also expected to drive the 14-month growth target an additional 10%. This acquisition is also expected to expand geographic coverage of Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties.

Under the terms of the agreement, which has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies, Red Fusion’s team will join CIS and continue to bring their expertise to support the dynamic growth of CIS. Red Fusion clients will be seamlessly integrated into the CIS solutions set and will benefit from a new range of capabilities, skills and IT solutions.

This allows for greater efforts in new product development to keep the CIS solutions cutting edge. The efficiencies gained by the purchase will also allow for increased marketing efforts. As a result, the sales and marketing teams of CIS will expand accordingly, to meet the current demands of the market and the significant growth this purchase helps to create.
