CIS has a strong UK-based support team, with a highly trained and experienced staff offering a complete service to our clients. We offer four pillars of support to our customers to ensure we cover their every requirement and concern. From the design and planning of your system all the way through to installation, training and ongoing support, CIS will be on hand to guide you through the process and ensure you’re happy with the end result. You won’t be fobbed off with a helpdesk when you need to talk to one of our engineers as we pride ourselves on a personal and tailored service.
CIS support services have been designed to suit our clients’ budgets and requirements and at any stage, you will have access to the right people when you need them.
Whilst all four support services can be purchased as a complete package, they are modular so we also provide them as an individual service meaning our clients can pick and choose as they need.
